The Cooking Lab is a recreational cooking school located in Port Washington, New York. Their hands-on cooking and baking classes for adults, teens and kids ages 8 and up focus on fundamental culinary and pastry skills, seasonal dishes and ethnic flavors. The Cooking Lab has an after-school program for kids as well as weeklong summer camps and school vacation day classes. They also host private cooking classes such as birthday parties, corporate team-building events, school field trips and outings for families and friends. Their kitchen studio is a warm and inviting space that is fully equipped with the finest cookware. Founded by Port Washington residents, Michelle Capobianco and Mathieu Lanfant, The Cooking Lab is designed to inspire creativity and confidence in the kitchen in home cooks of all ages.
